How long has it been in for warranty? If it’s not back already I’m sure it will be soon. LowKey is very quick on any warranty repairs. Play around with it once you get it back, note where the temp dial sits for the different methods of vaporizing. The ideal temperature for a whip is likely different than your favorite pipe. Overall, if you aren’t getting anything, turn it up, if it’s burning, turn it down. The grey area in between is all personal preference.

damn i missin mine, whats the best temp to set it to for vapourizing. n hopefully i get mine back soon lol

Thanks man its nice to get the feed back. Head 2 Head is working hand in hand with the company and agree this thing will revolutionize the way we enjoy this amazing herb. I would like to thank the guys at Head to Head for suggesting the Cana-Vape. I had placed an order with them to get a herbalaire and one of the guys told me to get the Cana-Vape instead. This thing rocks. I have used countless units including the Volcano and I used to own a Extreme Vaporizer and this blows them away. Thanks Head to Head. Ill be back from now on. Vintage Vynil S*ck B*lls….way over priced.
