Court rules prohibition unconstitutional- leaving 90 days for a solution.
Ontario Superior Court judge challenges Canadian laws prohibiting the possession and production of marijuana by ruling the restrictions as unconstitutional, giving the federal government 90 days to makes necessary changes to the Medical Marihuana Access Program before the ruling comes into full effect, potentially being the first steps to legalizing marijuana across Canada.
