Marijuana Decriminalized for Medicinal Users?According to the Obama Administrations new policy, users and suppliers of Medical Marijuana will no longer be arrested and persecuted for possession of Cannabis. Although the new law is effective in only 14 of 50 states, it is no doubt a victorious step towards a worldwide decriminalization.
