Let the medicine grow. Sounds like a lot of people could have had their legal prescriptions filled from the confiscated ganja, perhaps at a reduced cost? Perhaps these strains could have been given to Health Canada or other legal growers to ensure strong phenotypes, history and/or product? Perhaps get first-timers set-up? ..If illegitimate busts are going to be made, at least SOMEONE could be helped other than the RC's with their media coverage... you know like the people who really need it. Imagine, "RCMP is awarded for providing countless Canadian citizens with medical marijuana free of charge, improving the quality of life for hundreds, and keeping sick and struggling citizens out of debt."...
